    1. This is a very small rescue run by volunteers and all money raised goes to the rescue. They find fosterers where they can but most of the dogs (around 20) are in kennels. I got my own rescue dog from here and they matched us carefully, with a 2 week trial period and the option for the dog to go back if it didn’t work out. They say they offer support for the dog’s life if needed, and from what I have seen over the 3 years since I have had my dog, this is true. A really caring, dog-centred rescue. The only downside is that they will only place dogs within 20 miles of the rescue centre, because they offer this continuing support and that can be frustrating if you live further away.
