Paws a While Shelter is a newly-established small independent rescue for dogs built in 2022 based in Alrewas, Staffordshire.

We are passionate about dog welfare and our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate with our ultimate goal being to re-home dogs from across the UK.

Our purpose is to give a second chance to dogs finding themselves in need of care and to find them loving, forever homes.

Our team of volunteers have experience in kennel management, dog behaviour and dog training which spans over 25 years.

We are just off the A38 between Lichfield and Burton on Trent.
