Animal Lifeline is voluntary group and registered charity, a dog rescue and a sanctuary founded almost 40 years ago. Its aim is to rescue and re-home dogs of all ages, and care for them until we can find a new ‘forever home’ or in some cases, find them a permanent place in our sanctuary. We do not have any dogs put down and always have at least 100 dogs in our kennels.
We are self-funding, relying on the efforts of local dog lovers and others willing to help both with donations, and by volunteering. If you would like to help us in any way simply visit our website.
Normally we do not re-home dogs outside North Staffordshire and South Cheshire as, like all responsible dog rescues, we need to carry out a home visit. You will find it helpful to visit our website and read all about our re-homing process before you visit the kennels or telephone us for a home check.
