Give a home to a rescue/rehomed Airedale Terrier ( UK only)
Since Planet Airedale started in 2003, we have rehomed many Airedale Terriers within The UK. If you would like to give a home to an Airedale Terrier, please complete the form below as fully as possible.
Your details will be kept on file for TWO MONTHS.
All information received will be treated with the strictest confidence.
About Planet Airdale
We find new homes for Airedales of all ages, sizes, sex, temperament and obedience. Whatever the situation an Airedale finds him/herself in, Planet Airedale will help them. We have found new homes for all sort of Airedales, from puppies to dogs in their teenage years, from ‘normal’ (whatever that is!) Airedales to those with health and behaviour issues. They all need homes, and we help them all.
We have a 100% success rate with finding new happy homes for Airedales in the UK.
We are always looking for good homes for Airedales who need a new home, and our application form gives you the chance to tell us all about you and your situation.
A few things to remember before completing the form:
We don’t normally rehome Airedales to people who work full time (although we might in the case of an older Airedale who is used to being left alone, or Airedales who are used to living outside in a kennel.).
Airedales rehomed through us are pets: they are not for breeding. If they haven’t already been neutered, then we will retain all their paperwork until they have been.
We will not rehome to a home without dog experience. Airedale experience is even better!
We will only rehome an Airedale to a home with cats and/or children if the Airedale has already been used to living in such a home. Most Airedales don’t get on with cats regardless of how well your cat gets on with Airedales!
If you are open to giving a home to an older Airedale, maybe one who needs some help in one way or another, then it is much more likely we will be in touch.
Let us know as much about yourselves as much as possible. We read all forms submitted and can only base our opinion of you from what you tell us! If you only put ‘looking for an Airedale’ and nothing else, it is very unlikely we will contact you.
Please note: most rescued Airedales are not puppies. They are normally at least a few years old and can sometime be elderly.
Finally, please only apply if you are a position to give a home to an Airedale now. For example, we will not rehome an Airedale to a home where the occupants are just about to go on holiday (and so the Airedale would have to go into kennels).
Airdales are wonderful dogs and so, if you are considering this breed then please get in touch.
