Here at Staffordshire Bull Terrier Rescue, we are an entirely voluntary organisation. We are totally dependent on donations and fundraising efforts.
Dogs are put into the Rescue organisations for a number of reasons. Some are abused, abandoned, neglected or just unwanted. We also get them in rescue because the owners are genuinely unable to look after them through no fault of their own.
Due to overbreeding, many Staffordshire Bull Terriers are ending up in the Council Pounds or Rescues. If you are looking for a dog or a pup, please consider one of the dogs in our Rescue.
All our dogs are spayed / neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, wormed and flea treated, before re-homing. All the dogs are also rehomed with a rehoming pack.

To provide help to Staffordshire Bull Terriers and their owners. We offer advice and information to the owners and help with re-homing dogs if necessary.
We have limited facilities for rehoming dogs. With limited space and limited Foster Carers, our main priorities are abused, abandoned and neglected dogs and dogs belonging to owners who are terminally ill or suffered domestic violence. Sadly we are unable to help with any other re-homings due to the volume of dogs that need our care.
The dog will have been microchipped prior to homing and the new owner’s name and address will be on the Rescue’s computer database. All dogs remain microchipped to the rescue and in the event of a change of address, or the death of the animal the new owner should contact SBT Rescue so that we can update our records
SBT Rescue does not rehome directly from Pounds or Kennels. ALL dogs are brought into our Rescue and placed in Foster Homes, where they are fully assessed, spayed or castrated, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and flea treated, BEFORE being put up for rehomi
